These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the eeji platform — including all casino games, sports betting, bingo, and financial transactions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eeji ("eeji", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at eeji.org. eeji operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the eeji platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in:
To open an eeji account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account and to update it promptly should any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eeji login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You must notify eeji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until eeji receives such notification, all activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
You are responsible for ensuring that the device and internet connection you use to access eeji is adequately secured against unauthorised access, including by third parties sharing the same household or network. eeji cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the Player's failure to maintain adequate device or network security.
eeji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at eeji's discretion. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Player's account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request.
All transactions on eeji are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a Player funds their account from a foreign-currency source, the applicable conversion rate and any associated fees will be applied at the time of transaction by the relevant payment provider. eeji bears no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
Withdrawal requests are processed by eeji in the order received, subject to the following conditions:
In compliance with Philippine Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, eeji is required to conduct transaction monitoring and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending AML review. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such review process.
All wagers placed on eeji are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — including but not limited to live casino table rules, slot game paytable rules, sports betting rules, and bingo room rules. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager.
Once a wager has been accepted and the relevant game round or event has concluded, the settlement of that wager is final and binding. eeji will not reverse or amend a correctly settled wager due to Player error, change of mind, or any subsequent claim by the Player that they did not intend to place the wager.
In the event of a malfunction in any game software, live dealer system, or communications infrastructure that results in an incorrectly displayed result or an incorrectly settled wager, eeji reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed in that round to the respective Players' Wallets. eeji will not honour any payout that arises directly or indirectly from a technical malfunction or display error.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game categories and are displayed within each game interface prior to wager placement. eeji reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time, including at the individual account level, where eeji determines such action is necessary for risk management or regulatory compliance purposes.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by eeji are subject to eligibility criteria and specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer. eeji reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any game contribution percentages will be stated clearly in the applicable promotion terms.
eeji actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements on low-risk outcomes ("bonus scalping"), or any coordinated activity among multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, eeji reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eeji platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

All content available on the eeji platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, user interface elements, text, logos, trademarks, trade dress, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to eeji and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eeji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any eeji content or software without the express prior written consent of eeji.
eeji strives to maintain platform availability at all times but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. eeji shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by a Player as a result of platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical interruptions beyond eeji's reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, eeji's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their eeji Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. eeji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
Participation in online casino gaming, sports betting, and bingo involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate in all games and betting activities on the eeji platform at your sole and voluntary risk, and that you may lose some or all funds wagered.
You may close your eeji account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Funds balance (net of applicable fees and pending wagers) will be returned to your last verified payment method. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.
eeji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
eeji collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an eeji account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
eeji complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory authorities where required by law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and eeji arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting eeji support at [email protected]. eeji will endeavour to respond to all dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation, in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable procedures. The decision of PAGCOR in any such mediation shall be final and binding on both parties.
Subject to the dispute resolution process set out above, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any dispute that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR mediation.
eeji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where any amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, eeji will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to registered account holders. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at eeji.org/terms-conditions.
Your continued use of the eeji platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
