Where additional time is required due to the complexity of the request, eeji will notify you within the initial fifteen-day period.
The eeji platform is strictly intended for persons aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in compliance with Philippine law governing online casino gaming. eeji does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.
Where eeji becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person who is under 21 years of age, eeji will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the collected personal data, and return any deposited funds to the original payment source. eeji's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Where the use of third-party service providers (such as cloud infrastructure providers, KYC providers, or game software providers) requires the transfer of personal data outside the Philippines, eeji will ensure that such transfers comply with the cross-border data transfer requirements of the PDPA, including the requirement that the recipient country provides an adequate level of protection for personal data, or that adequate contractual safeguards are in place.
